Shipping and delivery

Where do we ship?

At present we only ship within the UK. We cannot ship to other countries due to rules and regulations that can be costly for a small business such as ourselves but should the opportunity arise to ship worldwide we will update our valued customers.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to send orders out within 1-2 working days (for items that do not include pre-orders). Please expect to receive your parcel within 3-5 working days. All orders are tracked and the tracking number will be sent to you so you know where your parcel is. These are all estimated time frames and delivery time frames may fluctuate.

During holiday periods please be aware that shipping can take longer.

 

I ordered a pre-order item and a non pre-order item, what now?

Your order will be sent out as soon as all the products are available. This means that once your pre-order item has arrived with us we will then send that plus your non pre-order item(s) together. If you would like to receive your items sooner please place separate orders so we can send your in-stock items as soon as possible. Please wait at least 1 month after album release to receive your order as orders are coming from Korea before arriving with us before shipping to you.
